A few weeks ago when the beast from the east hit the UK Martina and I had been joking about how mad it would be if it snowed on her wedding day. A few days before the big day all the weather apps started to show heavy snow and panic started to set in. Thankfully it only lasted a wee while and stopped shortly after 10, unfortunately the wind and the rain didn’t go away too! That being said, it definitely didn’t dampen the spirits of everyone in Martina’s house when getting ready! The craic was great and everyone was definitely looking forward to the day. Hair and makeup was by Petra of The Colour Bar. When the girls were ready we made the short drive to St. John’s where the ceremony was held. After the ceremony everyone headed outside for a wee coffee before setting off to Lusty Beg Island. It was absolutely freezing here so a massive thank you to Martina & Eugene for braving the weather, even if it was just for a short while, we managed to try and make the most of the beautiful landscape. The speeches were brilliant and afterwards the dance floor never stopped. Thank you very much for having us as your photographers, despite the weather it was brilliant craic and we hope you enjoyed yourselves too! It was great to work alongside Eamonn and Peter of Eamonn Quinn Photography/Videography again, always a pleasure!
