Wow what a wedding on Saturday I had the pleasure of photographing! To be honest I woke up on Saturday morning extremely nervous and felt as though I was getting ready for my first ever wedding. In one way I think this was great as it pushes you to try even harder to get a stunning set of images and when you have a couple like Cat & Ciaran that makes life that much easier too! I have known this amazing couple for a few years due to Rachel (my better half) living with Ciaran during her time at uni to study her PGCE and they really are a fantastic couple to know. When I was asked would I take their photographs I was absolutely delighted! The day was started by heading to Cat’s parents house for a quick visit and then to visit the lads, for a quick whisky, before going to Sacred Heart Church where the ceremony was held. After the ceremony we made our way to St. Mary’s Heritage Centre in Gateshead where the wedding reception was held. What a stunning building to have a wedding in! Below are a few quick edits I have done today inbetween meetings and I love them!
